Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach and city amenities, as well as the friendly and attentive service from most staff. Many enjoyed the variety and quality of specialty restaurants and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the pools and common areas. However, a major recurring complaint was the poor condition and insufficient number of elevators, which caused long waits and inconvenience. Some guests also noted issues with food variety, room amenities, and occasional maintenance problems, but overall, positive experiences with location, service, and dining stood out.
