Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its attentive and friendly staff, clean facilities, and a good variety of food options. However, some raised concerns about food safety at the buffet, room cleanliness, and issues with amenities such as air conditioning, pool maintenance, and access to beach or recreational areas. While many enjoyed the overall atmosphere and service, there were repeated mentions of areas needing improvement, particularly regarding hygiene, food handling, and maintenance. Despite these issues, the positive experiences with staff and dining stood out for many visitors.
