Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional location, especially its proximity to a beautiful waterfall and the surrounding nature. Many appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is dated, with worn facilities and a need for better maintenance and renovations. Cleanliness and breakfast quality received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others expecting more variety or higher standards. Overall, the natural setting and service were highlights, while amenities and upkeep were areas for improvement.
