The staff and owners were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a positive experience. Cleanliness was also highlighted in many reviews, with several guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, there were recurring complaints about the breakfast being basic or repetitive, and some guests found the rooms small or cramped.
