Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's central location, proximity to public transport, and easy access to local attractions, which are consistently highlighted as the main advantages. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as mold, insects, and general lack of hygiene. The service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others report negative experiences with management and staff behavior. Value for price is considered fair by some, but others feel it does not match the quality provided. Accessibility is a concern for many, especially due to steep hills, lack of elevators, and difficult staircases.
