Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a very good location, with many appreciating the hotel's proximity to attractions and shopping areas. However, the majority of guests express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, describing rooms as dirty, poorly maintained, and sometimes with unpleasant odors. Service is also a major concern, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and a lack of professionalism. Breakfast receives consistently negative feedback for its poor quality and lack of variety. Some guests also mention small room sizes and issues with amenities. Overall, while the location is praised, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
