Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as dirt, bed bugs, and unpleasant odors. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful staff and poor management. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's central location and found it offered reasonable value for the price. A few reviews mentioned positive experiences with friendly staff and comfortable beds, but these were outweighed by negative feedback.
