Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, which is close to public transport and tourist attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who contributed to a comfortable stay. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many guests, with repeated complaints about poor hygiene, pests, and lack of room cleanliness. While some found the hotel clean and good value, the negative experiences with cleanliness were significant. Service and value for price received positive mentions, but improvements in hygiene are needed.
