Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. The location was also highlighted as convenient, being close to public transport and shopping areas. However, several guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and linens, with repeated mentions of dirty towels, bed covers, and general lack of hygiene. Some guests also found the amenities, such as the pool and gym, to be underwhelming or in need of improvement. Despite these issues, the positive experiences with service, breakfast, and location stood out in the majority of reviews.
