Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access historical sites and city attractions. Many also highlighted the helpful and friendly staff, with several reviews specifically mentioning outstanding service from reception and management. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests noting dirty rooms, old furnishings, and poor maintenance. Breakfast was often described as limited or unappealing, and some guests found the rooms small or cramped. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast variety.
