Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to Taksim Square, public transport, and local amenities. The staff receives frequent praise for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, unclean linens, and lack of regular housekeeping. Some guests also mention noise disturbances due to thin walls and poor sound insulation. Room sizes are generally considered adequate, though not exceptional. Overall, the hotel's location and service stand out as its main strengths, while cleanliness and noise levels are areas needing improvement.
