Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location near Taksim Square and public transport, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The staff, especially Mert and Marcela, received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with various needs. Some guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, though others noted inconsistent housekeeping and occasional maintenance issues. Accessibility was a common concern due to the steep street and lack of elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its location and service, but may not suit those with mobility challenges.
