Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, close to major attractions, public transport, and vibrant city life. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality, with several guests mentioning specific staff members who went above and beyond. However, some guests were disappointed with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as old linens, dirty tiles, and a need for refurbishment. Room sizes and noise levels were also mentioned, with a few guests finding rooms small or noisy due to nearby bars, construction, or street sounds. Despite these drawbacks, many guests enjoyed their stay and would recommend the hotel for its prime location and welcoming service.
