The staff consistently receive high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews highlighting well-maintained and comfortable rooms. However, some guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected, and a few mentioned noise issues due to the central location.
