Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to Istiklal Street, metro stations, and central attractions. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as unclean bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and even pests. Room size is another common concern, with multiple reviews mentioning that rooms are smaller than expected or described. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service stand out as the hotel's strongest points.
