Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for public transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests mentioning positive experiences even when there were language barriers. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as persistent cigarette odors. Several guests also found the beds and pillows uncomfortable, and some reported maintenance issues such as broken air conditioning and outdated facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the value for price and accessibility were appreciated by many.
