Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews reveal strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, poor hygiene, and lack of proper housekeeping. However, the staff is frequently praised for being helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel's location is also a highlight, with guests noting its convenience for sightseeing and access to amenities. Some guests found the rooms spacious, especially for groups, but there are complaints about value for money and outdated furnishings. Overall, while cleanliness is a major concern, the positive service and location stand out.
