Guest reviews are mixed, with many citing negative experiences related to cleanliness, such as mold, mildew smells, dirty carpets, and even bed bugs. Several guests also reported issues with the bathroom, including lack of hot water, old fixtures, and drainage problems. Service was sometimes described as unhelpful or unconcerned.
