Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the convenient location, especially for access to Inverness Airport. Many guests appreciate the charm and character of the historic building, and some mention comfortable beds and good room sizes. However, several reviews note that the hotel and rooms are in need of renovation, with issues related to cleanliness, outdated decor, and maintenance. Some guests also mention the closure of the restaurant and minor inconveniences with amenities. Overall, the positive atmosphere and service stand out, though improvements in cleanliness and modern updates are needed.
