Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions, transport, and restaurants. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with numerous mentions of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and inadequate housekeeping. Many guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing small rooms, lack of amenities, and outdated facilities. Some positive notes include comfortable beds in select rooms and a well-liked on-site restaurant offering discounts. Overall, the negatives, especially regarding cleanliness and value, outweigh the positives for most guests.

Pros (+) Beds were super comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. A good night's sleep for sure. Room was clean. Staff was helpful in printing boarding passes on lobby PC. They also arranged a parasailing excursion for us. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is affordable and delicious. Great location. Park is right out the back door. Train station is a 5-10 min walk.
Cons (-) The breakfast was ok. A little below the standards of the other places we stayed. That's really the only thing I can say I didn't like. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Everything else was perfect.

Cons (-) Poor service, Front desk people are not friendly. Rooms are small and not clean. Not much facilities.
