Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access the city and attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and welcoming attitude, with several reviewers mentioning thoughtful gestures like complimentary drinks. Breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and of high quality. While many found the beds comfortable, a few noted issues with mattress quality or pillow comfort. The bathroom design, particularly the lack of privacy due to glass walls or doors, was a common complaint, along with occasional issues related to room temperature and lack of air conditioning.
