Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and many found the location convenient for their needs. Comfortable beds were also noted as a positive aspect by several guests. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, broken amenities (such as elevators, pool, and gym), poor breakfast quality, and maintenance issues in rooms and public areas. Some guests also experienced noise disturbances and parking inconveniences. Overall, while the hotel’s staff and location stood out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.

The hotel was in very poor shape. Internet, gym, AC, etc., either didn’t work or were barely useable. We don’t get any of our requests fulfilled. Staff was pretty rude about questions.

This Hampton is the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The furniture is beyond repair. Holes in mattress from broken springs the bed literally sagged in the middle from never being rotated. Parking lot full of potholes. Damaged shower heads. Lackluster housekeeping (body wash container was empty). The hotel is aware of these issues, but just doesn’t care. They have a 2.33 rating on google rev...

Pros (+) Staff at the continental breakfast were incredibly rude. Most of the time they responded in single syllables but at other times they were outright nasty. They say overcharged us even with a contracted amount.
Cons (-) See above.
