Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities, including problems with the jacuzzi, bathrooms, and general upkeep. While the service was generally well-received, some guests experienced lapses in communication and support. Overall, the location and views stood out as the hotel's strongest features, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
