Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the resort's petting zoo, beautiful location, and family-friendly amenities, making it a memorable destination for families and animal lovers. The property’s atmosphere, green surroundings, and unique animal interactions stood out as highlights. However, several reviews noted issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and service inconsistency, especially in lower-tier rooms. The breakfast and food pricing received criticism for being expensive or limited, but overall, the positive experiences with the amenities and setting outweighed the negatives for many guests.
