Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's central location, friendly service, and good breakfast options. Many found the staff professional and helpful, and several reviews note that the food is decent. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, particularly related to bad smells from a nearby lake and outdated or poorly maintained rooms. Amenities such as the pool and outdoor areas are also criticized due to the odor and lack of upkeep. Overall, while the hotel has positive aspects, especially in terms of location and service, improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
