Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its convenience to business hubs and city attractions. However, the majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing unhygienic conditions, mould, insect infestations, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service is frequently described as unprofessional, unresponsive, and not up to the expected standard for a Radisson property. Breakfast and overall value for price are also criticized, with several guests feeling the experience did not match the cost. Only a few reviews mention positive experiences with staff or breakfast, but these are outweighed by the negative feedback.
