Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, but the overwhelming majority of reviews highlight severe cleanliness issues, including cockroaches, bedbugs, and general lack of hygiene. Many guests also report unresponsive or poor service, with complaints about staff not addressing problems and misrepresented amenities. While a few mention friendly staff and value for money, these positives are overshadowed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
