Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to restaurants, shops, and venues. Several reviewers also appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of unpleasant odors, mold, and dated facilities. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members described as friendly, while others were noted for poor attitudes or lack of responsiveness. Breakfast and amenities such as the pool and gym often fell short of expectations, with frequent complaints about limited availability or poor quality. Overall, the location and room size were highlights, but cleanliness and service issues detracted from the experience.
