Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the Space Center and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted issues with customer service, describing staff as unfriendly, distracted, or unhelpful. Cleanliness was another concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, trash in hallways, and mold. While a few guests found the beds comfortable, others reported uncomfortable or worn mattresses. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
