Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's breakfast offerings, describing them as delicious and well-stocked, and highlighted the friendly and helpful staff as a major positive. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as musty smells, dirty linens, and the presence of roaches. Room size was generally considered adequate, though some guests noted maintenance issues. Overall, while the service and breakfast stood out positively, cleanliness and some room conditions were areas of concern.

Pros (+) Cleanliness, Two elevators, morning breakfast as I have come to expect at HI Express!
Cons (-) The Sign Marking the Hotel on the Feeder road is small and dark. The actual drive takes you through a local restaurant Parking lot and if you miss it and go to the other side of the sign that restaurant parking lot takes you to a dead end. To get to the hotel you have to go to the feeder road and circle around to the back entrance which is about a quarter mile around.
