Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unclean bathrooms, dirty towels, and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback: while some found it satisfactory or praised the staff preparing it, others noted limited options or items running out. Overall, the hotel met basic needs for many, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast variety are needed.

Pros (+) The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was good.
Cons (-) No sheets, pillows, or blanket for sofa bed. Air conditioner sounded like dirt bikes racing around. Soba bed wouldn’t lock in the open position. Elevator was extremely hot and uncomfortable to be in. Location was not great (due to construction).
