Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime beachfront location, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Many appreciated the beautiful views, especially from the rooftop terrace and restaurant. The service was often described as attentive and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. However, several guests noted issues with noise, particularly from the rooftop bar and music, which affected their ability to rest in some rooms.
