Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events and proximity to key attractions, and many enjoyed the breakfast offerings, describing them as fresh and varied. The staff were often described as friendly and helpful, though some guests experienced issues with service, such as slow responses or limited Spanish-speaking staff. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, musty smells, and maintenance issues. Parking was another point of frustration due to fees and inconvenient arrangements. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness, parking, and some aspects of service are needed.

Pros (+) We were in Houston visiting a family member at MD Anderson for the week. After tough days at the hospital it was nice to come back to the hotel and have no worries. The hotel was clean and the room was perfect for our family to unwind. Breakfast was fine and the shuttle service helped us out.
