Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the river, scenic views, and easy access to local attractions. Many appreciated the amenities, including the pool, bar, and pet-friendly features, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed by high noise levels from nearby highways and within the hotel, and many felt that the hotel was overpriced given the quality of the rooms and services. Despite some dated interiors and occasional service issues, the overall sentiment was positive regarding the setting and facilities.

Pros (+) Amazing heated pool but wish the outdoor spa had been open. Nice gym and indoor spa! Liked the shower and towels.
Cons (-) Executive room should be bigger for the price. Right by the highway trucks sometimes woke me up. Bed was also a little to hard.

Pros (+) Nice location, great staff.
Cons (-) Too many dogs. I feel like the facility wasn't as clean because of this. Room was nice, but not the "executive" room it was referred as.

Pros (+) Loved the location plus beautiful river view. Staff was very warm and friendly and room was large.
Cons (-) Air conditioning didn't work great. Food was mediocre.

Pros (+) We have stayed here many times, and finally splurged on a king suite with a fireplace overlooking the river. It had a little balcony and two-stories of glass to let in the sun. The food was excellent. The service above average for a resort area.
