Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Ala Moana mall, beach, and shopping/dining options. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and lack of housekeeping. Service was also a major concern, with several guests frustrated by slow or unhelpful staff, additional charges for basic services, and confusion over private unit policies. Room size and amenities received mixed feedback, with some finding rooms too small or not as expected, while others appreciated the available facilities. Overall, location was the standout positive, but cleanliness and service issues detracted from many stays.
