Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its spacious rooms, which are considered large by Hong Kong standards, and for the friendly, helpful, and professional staff who often go above and beyond to assist guests. The cleanliness of the hotel is also noted positively in several reviews. While the location is convenient for some, especially being near the MTR and Olympic City, others found it less central or lacking nearby amenities. Some negative feedback was given about the breakfast and occasional issues with check-in and service responsiveness, but overall, the positive aspects of room size and service stand out.

Wonderful

Pros (+) Great staff, nice room
Cons (-) Air freshener perfume in the hallway is over the top, glad that smell didn’t get in the room, or I’d have to cancel the stay because it’d activate my asthma.
