Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location, with many highlighting its proximity to public transport, shopping, and beautiful views. The breakfast is frequently described as excellent and varied, and several guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms. However, there are repeated complaints about the service, particularly at the front desk and during check-in, with some describing staff as rude or unhelpful. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few note the hotel feels old or has a musty smell. Overall, while the location and amenities are strong positives, service issues detract from the experience.
