Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to transport and local attractions. Many also appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the presence of useful amenities, especially for families. However, several guests report issues with service, citing unhelpful staff, poor communication, and problems with housekeeping. Bed comfort is another area of concern, with multiple reviews mentioning hard or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a strategic location, improvements in service and bedding would enhance the guest experience.
