Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access Hobart's attractions, shopping, and eateries. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly and helpful, and many guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price, especially given its budget-friendly rates. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is old and in need of updates, with issues related to cleanliness, outdated rooms, and shared bathrooms. Some found the rooms small or basic, and noise from the street or bar was occasionally mentioned. Overall, the positives of location, service, and value outweighed the negatives for most guests seeking budget accommodation.
