Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the river and transport, and good value for money. However, many reviews noted that the cleanliness and condition of the rooms and facilities were below expectations, with several complaints about old furniture, dirty carpets, and bathrooms needing renovation. While some found the rooms comfortable and quiet, others highlighted maintenance issues. Overall, the positives centered on service, price, and location, but cleanliness was a recurring concern.
