Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to attractions and convenient for travel. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and issues with pests. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff being polite or enthusiastic, but others failing to address guest requests or language barriers. Room size and bed comfort were mentioned occasionally, with neutral impressions. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
