Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent central location, which made it easy to access local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service and staff friendliness were also highlighted positively by several reviewers, with some mentioning helpfulness in resolving booking issues. Many guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price, especially for short stays. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, linens, and bathrooms, as well as outdated facilities.
