Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's service, citing rude or unprofessional staff, lack of responsibility, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with reports of dirty rooms, old facilities, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast quality was repeatedly criticized for being limited, unappetizing, or poorly replenished. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences, such as helpful staff or good location, but these were outweighed by the negative feedback.
