Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near city centers and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, small room sizes, and disappointing breakfast options. Some guests also mentioned problems with bathroom facilities and noise. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and room comfort.
