Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff receives high marks for being friendly, helpful, and responsive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Breakfast is frequently mentioned as a highlight, with a good variety and quality. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, noting old furniture, dirty bathrooms, and a need for renovations. Value for price is also questioned by some, who feel the facilities do not match the rates. Overall, while the location and service stand out, improvements in cleanliness and room quality are needed.
