Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as delicious and varied. However, several reviews mentioned noise issues, particularly from nearby construction and within the hotel, which affected sleep quality for some. The pool area was also a source of disappointment for a few guests due to ongoing renovations and limited facilities. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stood out most.
