Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's stunning mountain location and modern design, with many highlighting the beautiful views and convenient access to outdoor activities. The breakfast and pool receive frequent positive mentions, with guests appreciating the variety and quality of the morning meal and the inviting wellness facilities. However, experiences with service and cleanliness are mixed; while some guests found staff friendly and helpful, others reported understaffing, language barriers, and inconsistent housekeeping. Cleanliness in rooms and public areas also varied, with some guests noting high standards and others pointing out lapses. Overall, the hotel is seen as having great potential, especially for its setting and amenities, but improvements in service consistency and room maintenance are needed.
