Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained carpets, unpleasant smells, and issues with towels and furniture. While the location was generally appreciated for its convenience, and some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, there were also complaints about unaccommodating service and poor housekeeping. The pool was mentioned frequently, with mixed feedback, and breakfast often failed to meet expectations. Overall, the negatives, especially regarding cleanliness, outweighed the positives for many guests.
