Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for sightseeing and proximity to Himeji Castle and the station. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Some guests appreciated the rooftop terrace and value for money. However, there were occasional complaints about room size, bathroom odors, and minor issues with amenities, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experience.
