Front desk worker was a snooty A- hole. Won’t go there again especially since you cannot carry your own concealed weapon even if you have a SC permit!!

We stayed at Sonesta Hilton Head Island for three nights. Pros (+) The staff was awesome! I have stayed here in the past and this trip showed exceptional service. The last time I saw this level of service was when I stayed at Four Seasons. The hotel was great and would always keep this an option for future travel.

Pros (+) Customer service was TOP NOTCH
Cons (-) Kind of old but it's been refurbished, one main pool which is small. Pool bar closes too early. Overpriced for what you get.

Pros (+) Room was good and clean, on par with the Marriott properties (Courtyard, Fairfield, Springhill, etc) we normally stay at. We didn't make much use of the resort amenities, but the grounds were well-kept.
